Today BIGBANK - the only specialized consumer bank in Lithuania - opens the new customer service office in Vilnius. Currently this is the largest and the most modern BIGBANK office in Lithuania.
The new BIGBANK customer service office is situated on the first floor of "Centro Pasažas" at Jogailos st.4, Vilnius.
The new Jogailos office, which for clients' convenience was moved to the first floor, is distinguished by the fact that visitors will be served not only by Client Managers - here all customers at any time will be able to receive personal consultation from the bank's credit experts who will help assessing their financial situation and offer the best solutions for meeting the needs. Bank lawyers will also provide advice in the new office, therefore, clients will receive efficient answers to any legal or other lending issues.
